Job Description
As a Chef De Partie, you'll be in charge of food production and supporting our Catering Manager in delivering primarily buffet-style catering for our clients. You'll be interacting with a diverse range of people and ensuring every event service runs smoothly and impressively.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a high volume of food production while keeping with Cliftons' quality standards.
* Overseeing and monitoring food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipment.
* Providing exemplary customer service to our clients and delegates.

Requirements
* Extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking experience.
* Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
