Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage clients' programs, including human, financial and material resources.
* Identify and implement strategic opportunities for all programs.
* Foster a safe workplace for staff and volunteers.
* Plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality care for clients consistent with company values.
* Evaluate and ensure that services comply with relevant sector legislation, quality frameworks and funding guidelines.
About You:
* 5+ years of experience managing Community Programs.
* Proven track record driving high performance and managing Community Program performance.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams (day-to-day and remotely).
* Ability to adapt to competing priorities while working unsupervised.
* Exceptional knowledge of Aged Care legislation, specifically in Home Care services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing or similar (desired).
* Qualifications in management/leadership or demonstrated experience of at least three (3) years.
* NDIS Work Screening Check
* Current Influenza vaccinations
* National Police Check
* Current drivers' license
This is a permanent, full-time position with monthly travel requirements. Flexible work arrangements are supported, with the option to be based out of head office.
