The opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Assistant Payroll Manager to join our team at its Head office in Docklands. As an Assistant Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll information across payroll and time and attendance systems while supporting the wider payroll team in smoothly rolling out weekly and fortnightly pay runs. What we offer Maintain the payroll time and attendance systems, and process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.Efficiently process pay runs and observe the necessary legislation and organizational policies and procedures.Act as the first point of contact for other departments relating to payroll concerns.Process all invoices in a timely manner to ensure reporting deadlines are met.Produce accurate and timely financial reports including payroll, purchasing, and inventory records. What will you do? Degree in accounting or finance is a plus.Experience with payroll delivery across multiple locations and industrial instruments.Knowledge of legislative requirements in respect of Payroll, PAYG, FBT, payroll tax, and superannuation.Sound understanding of Industrial Relations Legislation and the ability to interpret Award and Enterprise Agreements.Ability to extract reports from Payroll Systems, analyze, and report on findings.Demonstrated knowledge of ADP or HumanForce is preferred.
