About the role: As a Talent Partner at Tyro you will work closely with business leaders and People Partners to deliver great people outcomes!
You'll be responsible for key portfolios that are keen to work with you to find the best talent.

What you'll do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles for Tyro's sales, customer service, marketing and corporate services teams, keeping a positive candidate experience front of mind.
Work closely with the People Partners on key initiatives aligned to your portfolios.
Partner with people leaders to understand current and future talent needs of your portfolios.
Build and maintain strong talent pools, engaging passive candidates and creating long term pipelines.
Implement best practices for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in hiring strategies and processes.
Track recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and hiring metrics to optimise hiring strategies and influence decision making.
Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders with the ability to deep dive into it as required.
Support talent projects and initiatives.
What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Talent Partner, with a mix of experience across customer service, sales and corporate functions.
Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in Customer Support or operations roles.
Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates and to build long-term relationships for specialised roles.
Previous experience in setting up and running assessment centres would be advantageous.
A data-driven mindset, comfortable with recruitment analytics, hiring trends, and using insights to shape strategies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
A passion for candidate experience and Employer Brand.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a strategic approach to hiring challenges.
Previous experience using an ATS and the ability to optimise for efficiency - we currently use Workday.
