The Finance team, led by the Chief Financial Officer, exists to support the strategic and financial aims of the Institute through the regular planning, controlling and reporting of the financial operations including the Garvan Research Foundation (GRF) and Australian Bioresources (ABR).Garvan is undertaking a transition from monthly to fortnightly payroll processing. This will go-live in February 2025.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Payroll Officer processes and administers end to end payroll activities to ensure all payroll transactions are accurate and timely. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer role will act as 2IC to the Payroll Manager.
