Our team draws on their depth of industry experience to create a rewarding learning environment and our vision is to be the benchmark for quality education and training.We are searching for an experienced and passionate trainer who is also a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors/Masters in Nursing, to deliver face-to-face training and assessments. Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life. They will take pride in passing on knowledge and providing people with the tools required to succeed in their chosen field. Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities and manage their time effectively. They will also be confident using the MS Office suite of products, as well as other learning systems.You will be required to occasionally deliver training in Bunbury, with reimbursement provided for the travel and accommodation. This training occurs approximately every four weeks.Responsibilities and DutiesDelivering and assessment of Clinical Training, including marking assessments.Participating in the review of development of training course materials.Maintaining vocational competency and currency.Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement.Actively assisting with organisational adherence with RTO standards 2015.Skills, Attributes and ExperienceCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentBachelors/Masters in NursingRegistration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAPrevious experience in course facilitationHigh level of interpersonal and communication skillsIn-depth understanding of ASQA regulatory guidelines and standardsAICE are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
