Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between$5,000and$17,000 in support over 12 months.

Responsible for the provision of nursing leadership and management for nurses and unregulated health care workers to enable delivery of consumer-centred clinical care to patients, residents, and their families within Katanning Health Service.Management of human and material resources and environmental safety for the provision of safe and cost-effective care within the Katanning Health Service.In collaboration with the Director of Nursing/Health Service Manager monitors, develops improvement strategies, and evaluates the performance outcomes to meet Aged Care and National Accreditation Standards.To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated well developed clinical and leadership skills and knowledge in acute/residential aged care including change leadership.Demonstrated well developed experience to manage human, material, and environmental resources to achieve safe high quality consumer centred patient care.Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of safe, high-quality care incorporating contemporary quality and risk management in the provision of consumer centred care.Demonstrated computer skills to enable manipulation of online data information, navigation of online policy access, undertake live patient information data entry, internal communication and completing online learning resources.To learn more about the role, please refer to the attached Job Description Form and contact Tina Jones on 9821 6200.
