Position Overview: Are you a passionate Travel Agent? Love assisting clients and working towards KPI's? We are currently recruiting for a variety of different roles across Perth. All of the open roles require Travel Industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
* Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
* Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and best practices.
* Utilize travel booking software and tools to secure reservations and manage bookings.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
* Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in travel planning or a related field is preferred.
* GDS skills required (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
* Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using travel booking platforms and online research tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
