You will be part of a highly respected team that values its employees and their input.About the RoleAs the Senior Administration and Customer Services Officer, you will be working closely with staff and our customers. Your role will be a varied one, and you will be responsible for such tasks as:Contract management and procurement, including use of our in-house project management system.Coordinating Western LLS Fleet vehicles.Coordinating training records and collating training information for FBT purposes.Supporting the customer services team in Lands Administration functions.Undertaking a range of administrative functions including records management and financial reporting to support the staff and management team in meeting our project and strategic objectives.About youOur ideal candidate will have:A proactive, team-player attitude and be able to spin multiple plates at once and meet strict deadlines.Strong, professional communication skills and an eye for detail.An ability to both process accurate data and information, as well as speak to both internal and external customers.Previous accounts experience in a similar position.A solid background in systems and process support across a range of projects and services.Must have a driver’s licence and be willing & able to travel.Who are we and why join us?
