Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future.
We’re the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data and retail smarts, you’ll work behind the scenes, in the margins and across every corner of the business – to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts and revolutionise the customer experience.
What You'll do?
This role will see you join the Stores Application team responsible for the Front office and POS/SCO application. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders across multiple projects and will utilise your experience to analyse and document the requirements in an agile methodology. Your role will exist to liaise with business and technology stakeholders for the delivery of business requirements which form the basis of change to business processes, policies or systems, to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.
* Creation of business requirements documents
* Development of Epic and user story and design documents
* Development of project plans, test plans and scripts
* Execution of validation testing and assisting the support and testing teams along with business users
* Provision of application support
* Analysis & resolution of production problems
* Contribute to Technical Solution design (fit for purpose)
What you'll bring?
* 1 - 3 years of Business Analysis expeirence in a large complex organisation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, administrative skills and strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
* The ability to work autonomously and as aprt of a team
* Proven experience in documenting business requirements, and translating these into system features
* Ability to demonstrate an understanding of user needs and a business outcomes approach
* Prior experience in the retail domain would be highly desitable (although not essential)
