About the Organisation
We are partnering with a leading FMCG company in the health and wellness space, driving innovation across multiple categories - all centred around convenience and better-for-you products. Their strong presence spans the country, with their products available through Grocery, P&C, Health Stores, and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture relationships with category and store managers to grow accounts
* Manage call cycles reflecting customer requirements and grading
* Daily general reporting on call cycle visits for in-store activities, feedback, and insights
* Communicate promotional cycles to customers and prompt orders for current promotional activity
* Reply to and actively pursue leads to secure new business and grow the customer base
* Execution and maintenance of relevant planograms for customers (where applicable)
* Utilise marketing assets to build displays
* Launch NPD into accounts where product fit aligns
* General sales support to senior sales consultants while gaining insights into key account management
Experience Required:
* FMCG experience is a must - ideally in Food or Beverage, but open to broader categories
* Experience working in a similar role - Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Representative, etc.
* Ideal candidate has experience working across the Independents Channel (Grocery and/or P&C)
