Your New Role: Technical Support: Provide support for alarm systems, access control, IP CCTV, intercoms, and IP camera systems Customer Engagement: Address technical enquiries and manage escalations from profit center locations across Australia Problem Solving: Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with manufacturers to deliver effective solutions Product Knowledge: Test and assess new products, creating detailed reports to improve product understanding Knowledge Sharing: Lead presentations and product demos. Maintain and enhance the technical knowledge base to support internal teams and customers Location: Full-time role based in Clayton South, with Monday to Friday hours About You: Eager to Learn: You’re passionate about deepening your technical knowledge and understanding how products work – and why they fail Curious and Analytical: You dig into the root causes of issues, finding long-term solutions rather than just quick fixes Tech-Savvy: Surface-level knowledge isn’t enough for you – you want to know the "how" and "why" behind the technology.
