Your new role
As an IT Support (L1 and L2) specialist, you will be a key member of the service desk team, providing technical support and assistance to end-users. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to and resolving IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
* Managing user accounts and permissions in Office 365.
* Providing support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
* Documenting support requests and resolutions in the service desk system.
* Assisting with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software
* Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in an IT support role, preferably in a service desk environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with IT service management tools and practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
