The Opportunity: Lead the Growth of Our Home Care Business Chris Barnard Health seeks a highly motivated and experienced Home Care -Sales Manager to Support Our Home Care Business Manager to spearhead the growth of our home care division.
This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with proven sales and relationship management skills, able to drive new client acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and foster strong partnerships across the healthcare sector.
You will play a critical role in deepening Chris Barnard Health's trusted position within the industry, ensuring partners feel supported and connected while balancing empathy with commercial awareness for long-term success.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new client leads, securing home care service agreements.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, key stakeholders (healthcare providers, retirement villages, referral networks).
Conduct sales consultations (face-to-face, phone, video conference), crafting personalized care plans.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue and new client targets.
Manage and maintain the CRM database (Pipedrive or equivalent).
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client transitions.
Effectively represent Chris Barnard Health to partners and the community.
Actively participate in community outreach to generate leads and brand awareness.
Who You Are?
3+ years proven experience in sales, relationship management, stakeholder engagement, or partnership leadership within healthcare or aged care.
Success driving results in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated understanding of aged care, NDIS, health, or community services (Home Care Package experience preferred).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; clear, concise, and consistent follow-through.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in tracking KPIs and managing risks.
Demonstrated empathy and commercial acumen.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), reporting dashboards, and communication tools.
