Provincial Home Living are seeking a talented and multi-skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our energetic and friendly Creative team. No two days are the same and you will be working across a variety of exciting projects!As a Junior Designer, you should have a sense of style and balance, a creative passion with an eagerness to grow and be excited by a variety of projects. You must be able to multi-task handling different jobs at once, be confident in bringing your own ideas to the table, deliver creatively and accurately and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the successful candidate should have exceptional organisational skills and be able to prioritise to meet tight and evolving deadlines.Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:Designing printed and digital marketing material that aligns with the Provincial Home Living brand.Creating beautiful and informative website banners and EDMs that encourage online engagement and conversions.Retouching product photography for use across various platforms, maintaining consistency and quality.Assisting with the design and production of POS and monthly promotional signage for our stores.Creating layouts for blog posts and Provincial's digital lookbooks.Rolling out a range of brand collateral in line with the Provincial style guide, ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint.The successful candidate should:Have one to two years' experience in a similar role.Have a tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Advertising or another similar discipline.Be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite - namely InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, colour, and typography.Experience with EDM platforms (DotDigital, Klaviyo or similar), video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or similar) and project management tools (Monday and Microsoft Teams) is beneficial but not required.Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.A genuine interest in interiors, homewares, and retail design is highly regarded.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!Please apply with your current CV and Portfolio (less than 5MB).Plus show us how talented you are by also creating an example of a:An A0 poster that would be displayed in stores for a furniture saleAn EDM that would be sent to customers promoting the same saleSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesRetail
