Job Description The Business Development Manager is responsible for: Conduct cold calling and social media outreach to generate new leads Clearing communicate the value and benefits of the work, health and safety and occupational health products to clients Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service. Identify and engage with potential clients in high risk industries such as engineering and manufacturing. Utilise CRM software to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales activities. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. The Successful Applicant The Business Development Manager is responsible for should have: A demonstrated understanding of, WHS, workers compensation, occupational health or injury prevention Prior experience in cold calling and social media outreach Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments A drive for results and leadership skills. High level of resilience and a positive 'can-do' attitude. What's on Offer On offer for the successful Business Development Manager: A salary package of AUD $80,000-$90,000 base with an OTE package of $120,000 including commissions.
