Job Specification :
In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a dynamic team of assistants, dispensary technicians, and two other pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include:
o Managing the dispensary, stock control, PBS claims, and CPA programs
o Administering immunisations and promoting forward dispensing practices
o Leading and mentoring the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations
o Delivering high-quality patient care and customer service
This role is ideal for someone with proven pharmacy management experience who is organised, patient-focused, and eager to lead a talented team.
Skills Required :
o General registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
o Proven experience managing a community pharmacy
o Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a diverse team
o Proficiency with the Fred computer system
o A commitment to exceptional patient care
Salary & Benefits :
