About the role
In this role, you will:
Lead and develop strategies and tactical plans to deliver communications for School Infrastructure NSW programs, state-wide initiatives, and asset management, to improve support for schools and school communities.
Work with teams in regional offices, the department and the Ministerial office, to identify issues in media and community engagement and oversee content creation that promotes priority programs and projects being delivered by School Infrastructure.
Manage critical issues that relate to the operations of School Infrastructure by anticipating risks and working collaboratively with teams to ensure schools are supported.

You are a clear communicator who remains calm and composed in unpredictable environments and situations.
You will lead the team by using your expertise to drive others to achieve outcomes through information sharing, strong communication, and collaboration.
You will demonstrate how to critically analyse any situation for the wider business and be able to develop several practical solutions with future planning in mind. You will be a strong mentor to your team, so they become subject matter experts and a strong project team that delivers the desired outcomes for the Department.
