About the role The candidate must have a strong knowledge in the penetration and retention of intermediaries through value-added relationships, insight and intimate knowledge of Brokers and Agencies channels distribution as well as in A&H products. Should contribute to the growth and profitability of existing and potential clients. Build a pipeline of new clients together with channel distribution in order to support them in obtaining their goals. Coordinate internal supporting functions to service clients' needs seamlessly from the customer experience. Manage client performance to identify growth needs and potential problems in advance of occurrence. Communication, teamwork, creative and effective problem-solving skills. Introducing preventive actions to avoid negative claims and/or relationship experience. Implement and execute support of the strategies and obtaining the budget. What we're looking for: More than 4 years of experience in sales support or a similar role, or a combination of experience at the sales manager or business support manager levels with knowledge of SME business. Fluent Spanish and English language skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills including experience in coordinating effectively and negotiating with functional areas. Highly self-motivated and organized with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at a high level of decision-makers. Capacity to optimize work processes. Ability to design, create and analyze market reports and presentations.
