About the roleThe role of Payroll Support Officer is to assist the team in facilitating the production of a national payroll service across the Calvary Organisation within a shared service model.Your main duties will include:Assist all current payroll officers to ensure effective monitoring, maintenance and delivery of administrative duties associated with the preparation of payroll for employees across the Calvary group.Perform with high standards of service to external and internal customers.Work in accordance with the philosophy, mission and vision of Calvary and ensure that the values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect are reflected in undertaking the duties of the position.About youWell-developed administration and organisation skills with high attention to detail. Strong numeracy skills are highly regarded.Familiarity with payroll processes. Experience with Payroll-related systems will be highly regarded.Effective time management with the ability to self-prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.Ability to use initiative and judgement in resolving problems using discretion and confidentiality.Excellent computer literacy with a knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Why work for Calvary?At Calvary, our staff matter.
