The Role
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders;
2. Preparation of relevant journals, prepayments and accruals;
3. Completion of monthly general ledger reconciliations;
4. Completion of month-end and year-end accounts;
5. Ensure accurate allocation of costs;
6. Ensure accurate and up-to-date general ledger; and
7. Ad hoc tasks and process improvements as required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with an accounting or business background. You will have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role and have completed or aspire to complete your CA/CPA. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
