As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will hold a senior technical position and be part of the Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies group. You will oversee the development, improvement, and optimization of manufacturing processes, plant, and equipment. This position manages a team to deliver both continual improvements as well as an exciting capital works program.This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package including base salary and 11.5% superannuation.Main ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
