The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations.
Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.The RoleAs a Graduate / Site Engineer on the T2D Alliance you will provide onsite or office-based engineering services and technical support to ensure the successful delivery of designated scopes of work.Reporting to a Project Engineer and working closely with Supervisors, Contractors, HSE representatives and commercial staff, your key responsibilities will focus on Safety / Safety in Design, Constructability (design methodology), Cost, Productivity, Quality and Subcontractor Management.Roles and responsibilities :Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.Review and understand diaphragm wall shop drawings.Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction.Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.Monitor construction progress for adherence to program and report to the Project Engineer.Contribute to improve the existing designs.Arrange and oversee the letting of tenders.Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.Assign work and assist with reviews for accuracy and adherence to required standards and specifications.Execute working knowledge of contractual and legislation relevant to the project.Demonstrate stakeholder management skills by managing work and performance of subcontractors to achieve outcomes.About you :Wide level of planning, development and review of projects.Advanced skills in relevant computer software packages; Microsoft Suite etc.Written, verbal and presentation skills e.g.
