Working closely with the Director - Child Care, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality care and educational program for young children. Key specifics will include ensuring direct supervision at all times, support at separation times and the development of a safe, conducive, enjoyable and secure environment for children.
A qualification in Children's Services and ideally (not essential) some experience working within the sector should be combined with exceptional report writing skills and the organisational and planning skills needed to build high quality programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework. Your exceptional communication and engagement skills allow you to build collaborative and mutually trusting relationships with both families and key stakeholders from the broader community.
