JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Global Tax and Trade Team offers multinational clients tailored solutions to transcend national borders, from helping them meet compliance and risk management obligations, providing tax structuring and transactional advice, to assisting with strategic decisions around the design and implementation of global operating models, transfer pricing policy and trade practices.
The team provides clients assistance in managing their portfolios, driving relationships with clients across a range of industry specialisations, as well as liaising with relevant taxation.
We deliver effective solutions blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
Use the know-how you've gained in client stakeholder relationships, project management and your understanding and experience of Transfer Pricing and International Tax to support the growth of our business. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create change.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the management of a client portfolio and driving relationships with clients across a range of industry specialisations, as well as liaising with relevant taxation authorities.
* Keeping up to date with the changing tax landscape in transfer pricing and / or international tax.
* Driving the use of technology to enhance the compliance processes for clients and the wider Global Tax team.
* Undertaking research and functional and financial analysis on companies and the industries in which they operate.
* Work with other members of the team to prepare detailed, technical documentation (reports, memos, etc.) and learn tax technical skills.
* Work with other members of the team to manage the timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
* Legal and numerical / accounting skills are ideal but will also consider backgrounds from a diverse range of areas
* A strong understanding of key transfer pricing and international tax concepts. You will be required to keep up to date with the changing global tax environment and be able to apply these changes to the business and clients opportunities.
* Strong consulting capabilities and an interest in economics and international business.
* You are passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Global Tax team navigate an increasingly complex environment for clients through innovative solutions.

There will be extensive training opportunities available within the PwC network focused on transfer pricing and more general international tax developments.
