We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead, support, and grow our franchise network. If you’re passionate about coffee, management, and building successful franchise relationships, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Franchisee Relations:Regularly meet with franchisees and work closely with our managers to help in day to day operation.Address franchisee issues, maintain documentation, and compliances.Keep policy and procedure manuals, in-store manager books, and government portals up to date.Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) Audits & Staff Training:Conduct audits and staff training three times annually to uphold Gus’s Coffee standards.Back of House Management:Oversee Lightspeed management for backend operations, including updates on prices, public holidays, and more.Technical Support:Provide tech support across all stores, assisting with Lightspeed, Loke App, and refund processing.Maintain and update pricing across platforms (Lightspeed, Loke, Verifone).Lightspeed / Loke App management, development, and marketing initiatives to engage customers.Inventory & Ordering:Order coffee and supplies weekly and manage online orders and delivery logistics.Drive-Through Support:Assist with the tech setup of new drive-through locations and initial rostering support.Equipment Programming:Program La Marzocco coffee machines and Izaga grinders, ensuring optimal performance.Store Support:Deliver stock to stores, cover shifts at our Northside location in emergencies, and manage Northside Plaza banking.Yeppoon Warehouse Stock Management:StocktakingMarketing & Signage:Organise billboard signage and manage Robway web inquiries.Qualifications:Love for coffee & hospitality industryStrong knowledge of Lightspeed, Loke App, Verifone, and coffee machine programming.Proven experience in franchise management, operations, or a similar role.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and travel to multiple locations as needed.Why Join Us?
