The role will report to Head of Investment – Wholesale for HSBC Australia.Your main responsibilities will include:Managing existing fixed income & structured products for HSBC Australia, which includes:Ensuring strong product control, governance, and compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.Meeting all regulatory and procedural requirements as necessary.Acting as an SME for sales and operations teams.Assisting the Head of Investments, Wholesale in the delivery of new products for the Australian Market.Managing the end-to-end delivery of new structured products based on customer insights and needs.Supporting the business in the delivery of research and market insights to clients.Developing and actively maintaining client-facing product collateral.Providing product training and operational support across the business.Presenting to the sales team on new product ideas, internal house views and key updates in financial markets.Being a core part of the highly motivated team through effective communication of business opportunities and delivery of objectives, specifically including collaborating effectively with Funds and Alternatives product team.
