1. Salary to $75,000 + take-home car

The Role:
1. Managing a portfolio of 170 properties in the outer northern suburbs.
2. High level support from in house Inspections agent, Assistant property manager and VA.
3. No finals, no leasing, no PCR's or trust accounting.
4. Minimal outside work required
