Step into this role assisting a partner across a wide range of matters within the Dispute Resolution and Litigation areas. You will become involved in many critical aspects of the client's file whilst having the ability to take a pro-active and autonomous approach to the role.
Duties
1. Managing all administrative aspects of the file
2. Diary management and coordinating meetings
3. Manual and electronic filing
4. Matter management including opening and closing files
5. Drafting and amending correspondence and legal documents
6. Monthly billing
Skills & Experience
1. Up to date experience as a legal assistant with litigation experience
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
4. Great organisational and prioritisation abilities
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. IT savvy with good technical skills
Law graduates will not be considered for this role.
