As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling their mission forward by extending our influence and nurturing significant connections within the community. Your duties will involve pinpointing avenues for growth, establishing strategic alliances, and amplifying our client’s visibility in the market. This position, situated in Northlakes is a full-time, Monday-Friday role and calls for a proactive and hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with community organisations, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
* Lead outreach efforts to engage with potential clients, families, and caregivers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
* Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
* Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to showcase our offerings and build strategic partnerships.
About you:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or community engagement roles within the healthcare or social services sector.
* Strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and familiarity with disability support services, aged care, and in-home care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
