About the Opportunity
As a clinic/mobile community-based Speech Pathologist, working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy
* Delivery of speech therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants, however, there will also be a requirement for service provision to private clients who may seek speech therapy services
* Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
* Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
You will be supported by your respective clinical team leader and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside our dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and therapy assistants.

About You
The position is suitable for Speech Pathologists who align with our values and have:
* A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or approved equivalent
* Full SPA & AHPRA registration (or eligible on graduation)
