Hourly Rate: $34.02 to $58.96 (rate dependent on years of experience)

Mooroopna Children and Families Centre has an exciting opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher to lead a team in their four-year-old kindergarten program on a Monday & Wednesday 8:30am – 4:30pm & Tuesday 8:30am – 3:30pm (non-contact).
We are seeking a teacher capable of supporting our service in delivering a play-based education and care program. This program aims to nurture children's confidence, foster a sense of belonging, cultivate a love of learning, and promote community connectedness. The ideal candidate will create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that facilitates a smooth transition for children from home to our service.
Our program places a strong emphasis on connecting with our local community, promoting sustainability, exploring the natural environment, and allowing children ample time for uninterrupted play.
This role is employed under the Early Education Employees Agreement 2020 (EEEA) which includes a 10-week leave model.
Applicants Must Hold The Following Current Qualifications And Certificates:

Note: This position is subject to a 6-month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period.
