About your new role
The Digital Marketing Executive reports directly to the Digital & Social Marketing Manager. You will support with the implementation of The Star Entertainment Group’s digital and social marketing strategy for assigned property. Your role will find you working creatively and collaboratively with your marketing team.
Please note this is a maternity leave cover for 12 months.

To be successful in this role you will have:
9. Minimum 2 years' online site management and marketing experience
10. Experience specialising in digital marketing channels, including social media marketing. Content planning, scheduling of social media accountsSocial Media community management for social accountsBuilding and updating website pages in the CMSWriting photography and videography briefs, on-the-day execution of photoshootsAssisting in the developing social & content strategies for marketing & partnerships campaigns Social media coverage of marketing & partnerships eventsDelivering post campaign reports for marketing and partnerships campaignsResponsible for strategic initiatives to increase social engagement and grow audiences.Budget management, create purchase orders, match invoices
11. Have a Commercial Mindset - Building commercial expertise and insight by linking decisions to commercial outcomes, ROI and profitability as well as customer experience.
12. Data Driven Decision Making - Ensure all decisions are rooted in data, with a particular focus on customer insight.
13. Digital and Analytical Literacy - The skills needed to effectively use and access information through digital platforms and develop new technologies. Also requires the ability to challenge the data and determine what’s relevant for driving decision making.
