This would mean creating strong working relationships with the surrounding depots to ensure effective delivery of all bookings.You will be an integral part of the broader team and will cover a range of duties including:Management of the Charter Booking TeamProvide overall accountability for ensuring drivers are efficiently allocated to cover all Charter servicesResponsible for ensuring that manpower and buses are allocated to deliver services as requiredInvoicing of clientsManage all customer complaints and feedbackWork with the Charter BDM to ensure new business opportunities are metWork with the BDM team on complex quotes and the renewal of Charter contractsPrepare weekly management reports that measure KPIs and SLAsWhat you will bring to the rolePrevious experience in similar role managing multiple contractsPrevious experience in transport-related roles is highly desiredFriendly team-oriented attitudeAbove-average communicatorConfident mannerProficient with Microsoft programs, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365Able to operate under pressure and stay consistentMust be fully vaccinated as required by the transport industryWhat nextIf you are interested in this role please send your application now.
