Your Key Accountabilities: Manage significant workforce strategy initiatives and projects that contribute to the achievement of agency strategic priorities and business objectives, including organisational reviews, establishment management, workforce planning and other HR projects.Provide advice to clients and management on the range of services provided by Workforce Strategy & Analytics, and the development of key organisational strategies and programs.Drive and deliver contemporary workforce planning, organisational development and workforce analytics services which enhance service delivery and support innovation and business renewal.Research and prepare briefs, reports, ministerial submissions and proposals which recommend the implementation of key workforce strategy initiatives and programs to build workforce capability and support business operations.
Represent HR Division at meetings to discuss these initiatives and programs as required.Provide input and oversight on partnerships with external service providers regarding workforce management matters, including the identification and implementation of change and improvement initiatives.Lead, develop and manage the members and operations of Workforce Strategy & Analytics, providing support and assistance to the team members and direction on work priorities.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
