Our client is looking for a driven General Manager to join a supportive network of established team members and leaders in their big box hardware retail store. For 30+ years they have rapidly grown to be Australia's largest specialty tool retailer with a national network of 110+ stores that operates in all states and territories. As the General Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the business and leading the team, as well as organising store promotions and campaigns with national brands. Using your experience in people management and team building to drive the team to deliver excellent customer service and continue to build their returning customer base.
