The Opportunity:We are seeking a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor to join our leadership team at our newly built state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne. Reporting to the Regional Fulfilment Centre Manager Melbourne – Supply Chain, the Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, stock management, receipt, and high-quality work while maximising productivity.In this role, you will supervise, mentor, and train team members on warehouse and inventory best practices, in line with regulatory compliance, KAL policies, procedures, systems, and standards.
