This vital position is prestigious within the College as you will be acting at the forefront of customer service representing the school, communicating with the parents/guardians re outstanding school fees. There is also flexibility available in start/finish times. Duties monitoring debtor payment histories contacting new families with no direct debits established contacting all families with outstanding fees longer than 12 months contacting families who've had declined payments entering debtors’ data into system monthly reporting contacting families with direct debit stop dates devising payment plans Invoicing/receipting Liaising with key internal stakeholders Other ad-hoc duties as required by Finance Manager About You Ideally you will have come from a background where you have collected monies from consumers directly, this could be from the Health, Financial services or the educational sector. However, candidates from other industries with exceptional customer service skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
