Embark on an exciting 12-month contract as State Campaign Manager with our innovative and forward-thinking team. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to drive our strategic campaigns.
About the role
Contribute to the delivery of enquiry and sales through Always On media optimisations, best practice and performance. This role supports the Queensland requirements for the build to sell assets within the Communities portfolio – specifically masterplanned communities (MPC) and medium density portfolio.
The position also offers the flexibility of working two days in our Brisbane Head Office (Melbourne Street), one day based at one of the project sites and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Support national strategies/initiatives with a local level view through brand consideration, best practice and the always on program to maximise financial performance and customer experience.
2. Thought Leadership and high performance: Contribute to team success by sharing ideas, knowledge and experience. Assisting team members when required to ensure the delivery of enquiry and conversion targets that align with sales performance objectives.
3. Insights led: Consistent analysis and review of media performance, customer insights, industry and cultural influences to drive innovative thought and campaign development.
4. Collaboration and Consultation: Proactively engage and support external agencies, local marketing team (including management), the National Brand, and Campaign team to ensure a collaborative and consultative approach to campaign-development from brief to implementation.
5. Content Creation: Create or inform engaging content across multiple channels, with a focus on enhancing the customer journey and driving continuous improvements.
6. ESG initiatives: Contribute to the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives through marketing mix and programs
Key skills:
7. Brand and acquisition campaign experience with a strong focus on digital environments.
8. Strong campaign development and implementation skills across the full media mix and through PESO media including website.
9. Strong creative judgement and with a proven track record for developing high quality, on brand work.
10. Customer centricity.
11. Ability to interpret research and data and transform into actionable insights.
12. Understanding of CRM channels, journeys and segmentation.
13. Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
14. Demonstrated commercial acumen.
15. Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
