People & Culture Manager / National Return to Work Coordinator

As the People & Culture Manager, you will ensure seamless flows between the Marketing and Warehouse teams, oversee photoshoot logistics, and manage on-set production operations. You will play a key role in maintaining product flow, organizing shoot admin, and ensuring all post-production tasks are completed efficiently.
This role would suit a detail-oriented, strong communicator who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability for Ecommerce and Campaign shoots, Ghosting and Flatlays.
* Manage product orders, collection, and return to the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, product tagging, and system updates.
* Oversee logistics and transportation of products for shoots, ensuring all items are in good condition.
* Oversee on-set production elements such as parking, catering, transport, and props to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain an efficient shoot schedule ensuring all production requirements are met.
* Process invoices and track expenses of production-related costs.
* Organize and distribute gift vouchers and other post-shoot deliverables.
* Work closely with the team to improve post-production workflows.
* Research suitable shoot locations and obtain permits when necessary.
* Coordinate flights, transport, and accommodation when necessary.
About You
* 1+ years of experience in logistics coordination and warehouse operations.
* Experience in a similar role within Ecommerce, Fashion, or Creative Production is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of photoshoot planning, production logistics, and on-set management.
* Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to drive, transporting products, props, racks, and other necessary items as needed.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative problem solver, resourceful and flexible when dealing with ever-changing situations.
