The Treatment Coordinator, based in our Otway region, is a vital role within the Treatment department that is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Colac, Forrest and Gillibrand water treatment plants, and the Colac water reclamation plant. As a respected leader, you will provide operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team who are responsible for ongoing compliance that ensure the region has access to safe drinking water and a secure water future. This will be key in delivering a healthier environment along with value and affordability as set out in our Strategy 2030.
You'll apply best practice and apply your knowledge and experience of process optimisation, effectively monitoring treatment systems. You will drive continuous improvement and delivery of strategic projects for our Treatment assets in the Otway region.
With your effective leadership and team building skills, you'll support and empower a team of experienced, high performing and dynamic operators who bring the right solutions to complex problems. Through your leadership, the team will continue to grow and flourish in their careers.
