The Support Officer - Loan Fulfilment role provides a key function within the bank to prepare complex and non-complex security documentation for our customers.
The team plays an important role in the Bank’s lending process by ensuring security documentation including Contracts and Mortgages are true and accurate, mitigating and protecting against future risks should a customer default.
This is a full-time 12-month fixed term position, based on site in our Adelaide Head Office.
In this support role, you’ll make your mark by:
4. Preparation of accurate and compliant Letter of Offer, Security and ancillary documentation to support loan approvals
5. Adhere to group policies and act in accordance with set procedure and checklists.
6. Maintain current file status in appropriate systems.
7. Calculate accurate fees and charges applicable to loan documentation.
8. Meet agreed productivity targets and ensure that output statistics are updated for management reporting purposes.
9. Maintain a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with service standards.

13. Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at Ipswich Regional Office.
14. While previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles and other forms of property legislation, stamp duty legislation and practices are desirable, it’s not essential.
