Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and motivating diverse teams. Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving complex supply chain challenges with innovative and practical solutions. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics software, and data analysis tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in contract negotiations and supplier management to secure optimal terms.
