About the Role: As our new Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of 150 residential properties from start to finish, ensuring smooth and professional operations while our current Portfolio Manager is on maternity leave for a 3-month period. Your duties during this time will include:Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and tradespeople.Handling entries, exits, maintenance, and routine inspections.Managing rent collection, arrears, and lease renewals.Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors.Advertising vacancies, conducting leasing inspections and overseeing tenant screening.Ensuring full compliance with local property laws and maintaining accurate records.After this 3-month period, on the return of the current Portfolio Manager, your duties will change to:Conducting detailed entry and exit inspections.Conducting thorough routine inspections at properties.Organising and managing leasing inspections.Liaising and working in assistance with the Portfolio Manager.Attending rental appraisals in engaging new business.What We Offer: Ongoing support with leasing, routine inspections, and open homes.
