We want YOU to join our team and help the University embark on the most significant digital transformation in our history.About the RolesThe Project Managers will facilitate and have oversight of DICE initiatives that directly contribute towards achieving the University’s strategic objectives. They will work in a small team but will engage with a broad group of stakeholders, including vendors and external partners as required.Initiatives for which Project Managers are sought are: Next Generation Core Digital Infrastructure and Network Modernisation Program.Key Duties:Facilitate initiatives from inception through to completion by applying the relevant project management methodology, considering the operational context and the ITS Agile delivery approach.Provide leadership and management to create an engaged and cohesive team that operates according to the ITS target cultural values.Establish, maintain and support appropriate governance arrangements, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met and outcomes are delivered.Manage vendors and contracts in line with ANU policies and procedures and best practice to ensure the University interests are protected.About YouWe welcome applications from individuals who possess the following attributes:Has extensive experience in supporting ICT initiatives to achieve high quality outcomes, including working in or interfacing with an Agile environment.Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.Is excited to work as part of a team and to create a positive working culture.Takes pride in creating high quality (just enough) documentation and reporting artifacts.Has a strong understanding of network security and modernisation technologies and experience delivering network rollout projects (requirement for the Network Modernisation Program role only).How to ApplyTo apply for this role please ensure that your submission includes the following:A statement addressing the Selection Criteria (outlined in the Position Description) showing how your skills, experience and approach align with the role in no more than 400 words.A current curriculum vitae (CV) of no more than 3 pages.The names and contact details of two referees.
