ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Contract Manager for the WA Government Fleet, you will play a key role in managing our contract with the WA Government (State Fleet) ensuring the delivery of outstanding services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your primary objective will be to lead the team of Account Managers and collaborate with various operational departments within Fleetcare to ensure the highest level of service delivery to State Fleet and the individual Government agencies. Building strong relationships, managing contract compliance, and driving customer satisfaction will be essential elements of your role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the execution of the fleet management contract with the WA Government's State Fleet
Lead and guide a team of Account Managers responsible for maintaining relationships with government agencies.
Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and proactively address their needs and concerns.
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of any issues.
Continuously analyse contract performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies accordingly.
Skills And Experiences
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in contract management, preferably within fleet management or government contracts.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing high performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to assess contract performance and implement improvements.
Sound knowledge of fleet management principles, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and customer relationship management systems.
