We do this by providing health care and support to individuals and communities in times of need, and by actively working with our partners to address the social and environmental determinants of health.ABOUT THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity has presented itself for a marketing leader to join our growing Community Health Services organisation.Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Marketing & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for building our public profile and developing, implementing and evaluating priority marketing and communication strategies.
Aligning this work to the organisation's strategic priorities, this role will help Gateway Health grow and move forward as a trusted service provider and partner.The role is the driver of the Gateway Health brand and is responsible for crafting the voice of the organisation; aligning our vision, values and brand with strategies for content, campaign and consumer and community engagement.To be successful in this role you will be a creative thinker who understands the importance of integrating content across multiple platforms.
You enjoy opportunities to innovate and collaborate, while also being able to analyse data, turn your hand to public relations, digital marketing, web development and internal communications.You will be knowledgeable in the benefits of marketing automation and able to stay abreast of new technologies that will enable support of future business requirements.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be a self-motivator who enjoys using initiative and going above and beyond, looking to improve the way things are done.
Conversing easily with consumers, stakeholders and suppliers is also critical.Located in Wodonga or Wangaratta, this position manages a small team and is responsible for the Marketing budget.
The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to this team and enjoy contributing to the delivery of shared outcomes.To be considered for this role you will have at least six years' experience in a similar services-based marketing role, and have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or similar.
Experience in design and use of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva will be highly regarded.
