About the Role : We are currently seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Montblanc Boutique in St Georges Terrace, Perth.
This is a permanent position with an average of 38 hours per week across all opening hours.
As the Assistant Boutique Manager you will take a hands on approach, providing exceptional service to our customers – both in store and after sales.
You will also work alongside our Boutique Manager, leading and guiding the team members and ready to step in and care for all aspects of the store in the absence of the Manager.
Your day to day activities will focus on providing exceptional service to our customers as you:
Guide them through their purchasing experience from the moment they enter the store until the moment they leave,Provide after sales service including arranging repairs and engraving,Where the opportunity arises, upsell and cross sell through the gorgeous Montblanc product range,Ensure customer details are entered accurately into the customer database,Ensure transactions are accurately reported, daily banking is completed and secured and discrepancies are immediately identified, investigated and reported to the Boutique Manager,Assist with stock control including stock takes, ordering, receiving deliveries and arranging returns,Constantly be working to ensure the store is displayed to perfection by arranging, cleaning and resupplying displays, clearing away rubbish and undertaking other tasks to maintain store presentation.You will also assist the Boutique Manager in: Onboarding, training and coaching of team members,Seeking new sales through generating leads and new business opportunities,Designing and upholding operational and brand processes and guidelines,Rostering team members to ensure adequate staffing across all opening hours,All other tasks required to ensure this wonderful boutique is constantly operating at its best.About You : You will have proven retail expertise, ideally within the luxury goods market.
You may have worked in 2IC roles within boutiques or have acted as a 2IC or Counter Manager within the department store environment.
You definitely have some skills in leading, motivating and training other team members.
As the ambassador of the brand, you have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service and you have a proven track record in converting sales.
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and professional presentation.
A second language is desirable but not essential.
