The Executive Director will have a pivotal impact in defining the organisation's strategic direction, devising a cohesive and well-coordinated approach to sales, marketing and communications to best support the user experience through all touchpoints of a customer's interaction with MMP's services. Key priorities will include leading purpose-driven teams through change, harmonising MMP's product offering across sites, and delivering on a future-focused agenda to transition from a traditional 'burial services' business to a contemporary, creative, customer-centric organisation. This will be a key role in securing the sustainability of these significant memorial parks, optimising financial outputs and preserving the historical importance of these community spaces. About You The Executive Director will require an innovative, highly commercial yet authentic senior Executive with a strong record leading customer-facing operations and driving engagement across complex stakeholder interfaces.
