Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for the oversight and active management of our digital marketing platforms, focusing on technical website management, Google Ads campaigns, and search engine optimisation (SEO). This role demands a blend of technical acumen and marketing insight to optimise our digital presence and drive effective engagement and conversions.Key Responsibilities:Technical Website Management:Manage and optimise website architecture using CMS tools, ensuring sites are technically configured to maximise SEO and user engagement.Conduct technical audits to identify and rectify issues that affect website performance and search engine rankings.Implement and manage website tracking tools and integrate marketing platforms to ensure seamless data collection and reporting.Google Ads Management:Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on optimising spend and achieving target conversion rates.Perform continuous testing and analysis of keyword performance, ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to enhance campaign results.Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.SEO Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at organic growth, improving visibility and ranking across major search engines.Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that digital content is optimised for search engines while aligning with brand messaging.Analytics and Reporting:Utilise analytics tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and marketing campaign performance.Create and present regular reports to the marketing team and senior management, detailing successes, trends, and areas for improvement in our digital marketing efforts.Make data-driven decisions to enhance digital marketing strategies and investments.Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in technical website management with a focus on optimising performance and user experience, specifically in WordPress and Elementor Pro.Strong understanding of CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Proven experience in managing Google Ads and executing SEO strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.Project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a strong technical focus.Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Innovative and proactive in identifying new opportunities and technologies in digital marketing.Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.Location: This is an on-site position based in our Brisbane City head office.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet
